I'd argue that it is the DbSet<T> which is the repository, and that the context class acts as the unit of work which ties all the "repositories" together.

Not really specifics, but while I’m sure EF, repository pattern, etc all have their place. To your point I’m finding project per project, more than not they require neither of them.
