I need to design the architecture of a client server application for a company in which there will be a database with information on employees, system users, customers and products. Several employees can access the application simultaneously.

Several "point of sale" devices will also be connected to the application.

I have been looking at some tutorials on the internet and I am thinking about using the MVC model for the server application and the access of the employees to the application.

For the communication between the POS and the application I think that some TCP / IP protocol could be used. I do not have much experience this, so I appreciate some help and guidance.

Is this architecture correct that I thought? Is there any technology or tool that can provide it to me?
