Nginx introduces a 499 code, which is used when the client closes the connection before the server could respond. This is specific to Nginx. What would be the equivalent plain HTTP and gRPC status codes for this?
The reason I want to do this is that we are currently dealing with many clients closing requests before our APIs can respond. We currently return 500s, which is messing with our metrics and not representative of why the request failed.
