Thanks for the comment, that helps quite a lot. I also think I was too focused on the overall product that I forgot to make the code more modular, which I value highly so thanks for the reminder!

The line numbering is not required, but as there is a high probability of users opening and examining these files, it is important to know which item occurred on which "event" (number). I also already ported over to C#, I enjoy the layout and smaller things much more. Only took a few hours and I'm now already ahead of where I was. Thanks for the comment!
