Alexios
Too young to have grown up with toggle switches, too old to have grown up with 16 bits (if you ignore a brief stint with a TI-99/4A). Been programming (badly) since I was 8. My second language was FORTRAN. My third language was 6502 machine code (didn't own an assembler, did own an opcode table). Let's not mention my first language. It's been a downhill tumble since.
I haven't improved much. I just like to think I have when I'm feeling cocky.
I'll program in whatever gets the job done now (even if that involves learning a new language or framework), but I have a mild dislike for languages designed by committee. Dear Java and C# fans: that includes more than just COBOL.
