Happily for me, it's available as part of Safari Books Online,, so I can start reading right now. :) (Reading my comment again before posting: it sounds like an advertisement, but I'm just a happy customer. I haven't found any recommended technical book in the last year that I couldn't immediately browse or even read in full online.)
Dec 7, 2016 at 21:15 comment added Chris @igormilla I can vouch for your suggestion. I'm currently reading the book and it is by far the best book on computer architecture I've ever read. It does an excellent job of clearly and concisely explaining each concept, without shoving too much technical jargon down your throat. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants a deeper understanding of the relationship between hardware and software.
