@waiwai - actually, that did happen a year or so ago - a faulty sensor indicated that the plane was climbing too steeply and about to stall. The computer's attempt to return to level flight was actually a dive. No crash, but there were injuries/damage from passengers and loose objects getting thrown around the cabin.
